PRIME RIB SANDWICH: 8 oz open face sandwich served with creamed horseradish sauce and au jus.

REUBEN: 6 ounces of corned beef served on toasted rye bread with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing.

PATTY MELT: Freshly prepared 8 ounce patty charbroiled to medium well temperature topped with grilled onions, bacon, and melted Swiss cheese on toasted rye bread.

FRENCH DIP: Roast beef topped with melted Swiss cheese on a toasted hoagie bun served with au jus on the side.

PHILLY SANDWICH: The ultimate roast beef sandwich is topped with grilled onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and melted Swiss cheese and served on a toasted hoagie bun with au jus on the side.

BARBECUE CHICKEN SANDWICH: A boneless chicken breast basted in barbecue sauce, charbroiled, and topped with bacon, grilled onions, and melted American cheese and served on a sesame seed bun.

MAC AND CHEESE BARBECUE PORK SANDWICH: Mac and cheese topped with barbecue pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and grilled, sauteed red onions in between two slices of Texas toast.

BLACKENED CHICKEN SANDWICH: A boneless chicken breast rolled in cajun spices and cooked in a cast iron skillet. It is then topped with grilled onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and melted Jack cheese with mayonnaise on a sesame seed bun.

HAMBURGER: Freshly prepared 8 ounce burger charbroiled to your liking with your choice of American, Swiss, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Mozzarella, or Jack cheese on a sesame seed bun, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mustard.

POOR BOY SANDWICH: A six ounce filet of your choice: cornmeal battered, farm raised catfish or lightly battered Atlantic cod, deep fried and served on a hoagie bun, with lettuce, tomato, and tarter sauce.

BEEF
All steaks are hand-cut on premises and prepared to your liking: rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, or well done. Please allow extra time for well done.
